These terms cover purchases from moruk.co.uk for personal consumer use. If you are buying on behalf of a business or need a separate commercial arrangement, contact us before ordering.
Placing and accepting an order
Review the product details, quantities, delivery address, payment option, and total before you submit the order. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having permission to use the selected payment method.
After submission, an automatic order message acknowledges receipt. Unless we expressly accept an order sooner, the sales contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. A payment authorisation or initial order acknowledgement does not by itself confirm dispatch or availability.
If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, delivery cannot be arranged, a payment check fails, or a material listing error needs correction, we will explain the position. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your agreement. Any payment for an order we do not accept will be refunded.
Products, prices, and offers
We aim to describe products and show images accurately. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colour, and photographs may show styling items that are not included. Check the written description, dimensions, and contents for the item you are buying.
We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. The checkout shows the currency, delivery charge, and final amount before payment. Any valid discount must be reflected in the order total. Promotion-specific conditions apply where displayed; a code does not apply to an item unless checkout accepts it.
If we identify a material error before accepting your order, we will contact you about the correct information and your options. Nothing in this section limits your right to receive goods that match their description.
See Payment Methods for the payment services offered.
Delivery
Our Shipping & Delivery page explains availability, charges, tracking, and what to do if a parcel is delayed or damaged. The service and charge presented for your order form part of the delivery arrangements.
Unless another period is agreed, delivery will take place without unnecessary delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. If an agreed essential delivery date is missed, or the law otherwise permits cancellation because of a delay, your legal remedies remain available.
Where we arrange the carrier, responsibility for the goods remains with us until you, or a person you nominate, takes possession. Please contact us promptly about an incorrect address or a delivery problem so we can help.
Cancellations, returns, and faulty goods
Our Returns & Refunds Policy is part of these terms and includes the cancellation process, return postage arrangements, refund rules, and a sample cancellation notice.
We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns for online consumer purchases: tell us within 30 days after delivery, then return the goods within 14 days of your notice. This extends the usual statutory 14-day cancellation period. You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise. Separate rights apply when goods are faulty, incorrectly described, or otherwise fail the required legal standard.
Accounts and use of the website
Keep your account details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, or upload material that infringes another person’s rights.
Website text, branding, and images belong to us or the relevant rights holder. You may use the site and save information for your own shopping and record-keeping. Other reproduction or commercial use requires the rights holder’s permission, unless the law allows it.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data processing. Agreeing to purchase terms is separate from choosing optional cookies or marketing.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Nothing in these terms removes or reduces your statutory rights concerning the quality, description, delivery, cancellation, or return of goods. If a term cannot lawfully apply, the remaining terms continue to apply so far as the law permits.
Complaints and applicable law
If you have a concern, contact [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and how you would like it resolved. You can also write to our registered office. We will consider the matter and explain the next steps.
English and Welsh law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. UK consumers can bring proceedings in the courts available to them under the applicable rules, including their home part of the UK where the law permits.
We may update these terms for future orders. The version presented when you place an order applies to that purchase; later website changes do not automatically change an existing contract.
